Service Description
Over three months, we'll work together to turn your travel, volunteering, or moving-abroad idea into a realistic plan and help you navigate the first steps of making it happen. What's included: 🎥 A 20-min connect session to plan the logistics of our sessions based on your availability 🎥 2 × 60-minute video sessions per month so 6 in total Use these sessions to work through the biggest decisions, plan your next steps, review your progress, and tackle whatever is most important at that stage of your project. 💌 Ongoing email support between sessions You can reach out when questions come up as you plan and prepare with responses within 24–48 business hours, Monday–Friday. 🧭 Personalized guidance & recommendations Advice tailored to your specific destination, timeline, budget, priorities, and situation. This is not a generic checklist. 📝 Practical resources & next steps I'll help you identify what needs to be researched, decided, booked, prepared, or actioned so you always know what's next. 🎯 Accountability to keep your project moving 🌎 First-month-in-country support If your project involves moving abroad, we can structure the three months as 2 months of preparation + 1 month after you arrive, giving you support as you navigate those first weeks in your new environment. 🎥 Call recordings so you can revisit our conversations 🎥 1 × 30-minute video session at the end to discuss your next steps The structure MONTH 1 — CLARIFY & PLAN Get clear on what you want, explore your options, and build your roadmap. MONTH 2 — PREPARE & MAKE IT HAPPEN Work through the logistics, decisions, bookings and preparation needed to turn the plan into reality. MONTH 3 — GO & LAND Get ready for departure and, if applicable, have support during your first month in the new country. IMPORTANT NOTE My guidance is based on 15+ years of personal travel experience, including traveling independently through 35+ countries, living and traveling across different continents and countries, and volunteering abroad. I'll share what I've learned from my own experiences, as well as help you think through your options, research questions and practical considerations based on your specific situation. Please note: these services do not include legal, immigration or professional visa advice, and I do not provide migration or visa application services. Where specialized legal or immigration advice is required, you should consult a qualified professional or the relevant official authorities.

Cancellation Policy
Before you book Payment: The balance is due before our first call. Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable. It reserves time in my calendar that I turn down other work for. Refunds: Sessions and programs are non-refundable. Rescheduling. Reschedule any call with at least 24 hours' notice. Calls cancelled later than that, or missed, count as used. Notice may be delivered by email at helene@heleneferreira.com For programs: Unused calls don't carry over. Between calls: Async messaging on weekdays, replies within 24 to 48 hours. What this is, and what it isn't: I share guidance based on my own experience of travelling, volunteering and moving abroad. I'm not a travel agency, immigration consultant, lawyer, doctor or financial advisor. I'll help you research and think clearly, but visa applications, insurance, health decisions and bookings stay yours to verify and yours to make. Other terms: - Deferral. One pause of up to 30 days for serious illness or emergency, requested in writing. - Recordings. Calls are recorded and shared with you for personal use. Not to be republished or shared. - Confidentiality. What you share stays between us, except where I'm legally required to disclose (if I believ you can harm yourself or others) - Conduct. You can end the programme early, but no refund is due. I can end it if the working relationship becomes complicated, with a pro-rata refund of unused time. - Chargebacks. Raise concerns with me first.
